Sherlock Food Analyzer wins Fast Forward Award with Evks advanced classification technology

This year is the second time the prestigious Fast Forward Award from the Industrial Association of Styria has been awarded to Insort GmbH. Sherlock sorting and analyzer machines use EVK’s state-of-the-art hyperspectral imaging cameras to monitor food product quality and to optimize production processes – thereby reducing costs while ensuring product safety.
