VISION 2022

From 4 – 6 October 2022 the world`s leading trade fair for machine vision takes place in Stuttgart, Germany – VISION 2022.

We look forward to welcome you at our booth 10C11 in hall 10. Learn all about our latest systems, such as the powerful Duo EVK HELIOS EC32 and EVK ALPHA G100 and experience a live demonstration of the detection of foreign objects with hyperspectral imaging.

The edge computing platform for real-time processing of hyperspectral data EVK ALPHA G100, in combination with the hyperspectral camera EVK HELIOS EC32 allows its users even more flexibility in material analysis for their monitoring and sorting applications. The EVK hyperspectral cameras analyse the chemical properties of objects that are not visible to colour cameras. By combining an hyperspectral camera, colour camera and inductive metal scanner, such as our EVK ABAS TL, the purity and sorting depth of material streams can be increased. Materials can be classified according to their colour, shape, size and chemical composition and if desired, sorted in real time. The EVK systems are fully automated, easy to operate and simple to integrate into existing evaluation systems.

Furthermore, the EVK ALPHA G100 enables the classification of up to 100 material types. The EVK HELIOS EC32 is a line-scan hyperspectral camera that provides optically corrected and spatially resolved spectral data. The camera provides non-contact and non-destructive infrared imaging spectroscopy and is characterised by its superior signal-to-noise ratio. For demanding industrial applications in sometimes harsh environments, this powerful duo provides the necessary solutions in real-time material detection to optimise production processes and resource utilisation and increase profitability.
