The acquired software includes components of former products Perception Studio and Perception Systems. Following the transaction, EVK holds full ownership of this software, including all related intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The CEO of EVK, Matjaz Novak<\/strong>, explains: \u201cWe acquired the chemometric software from Perception Park to integrate parts of the software code in our <strong>market-proven and well-established <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evk.biz\/de\/produkte\/analysis-software-tool\/evk-sqalar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EVK SQALAR<\/a> product,<\/strong> a software for creating and validating classification models based on hyperspectral imaging data.\u201d Mr. Novak adds: \u201cWe have currently no plans for bringing any products to the market that would represent any former or new releases of the discontinued Perception Park products.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.evk.biz\/de\/produkte\/analysis-software-tool\/evk-sqalar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EVK SQALAR chemometric software<\/a><\/strong>, in combination with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.evk.biz\/de\/produkte\/hyperspektralkamera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EVK HELIOS hyperspectral cameras<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.evk.biz\/de\/produkte\/edge-computing-plattform\/evk-alpha-g100\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EVK ALPHA edge computing<\/a><\/strong>, offers a unique, state-of-the art platform for <strong>fast development and deployment of sorting and monitoring applications<\/strong> in the processing industries.
