I wanted to know, how things work. This \u201cMaker\u201d attitude was something I learned from the cradle.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As a defining moment in his career, he describes a <strong>conversation with his father, Peter Kerschhaggl<\/strong>, where he realized that he does not want to do research any longer for research\u2019s sake, but to bring solutions with high relevance. When I set my mind to something, I don&#8217;t give up.&#8221;<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> He is a visionary and someone who leads the way. <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8220;The path can hurt, it can be full of hardship &#8211; just like mountaineering&#8230;<\/span><\/i> <i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It might be hard sometimes, but innovative ideas always take time to evolve.\u201d But we also draw these<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">n<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">types of people who derive
